Strategy is easy.
Execution is everything.

I am Johan Grönstedt. I build companies, write about what AI changes at the core of a business, and help leadership teams move before their competitors do.

What I am building

Four things, one thesis.

Everything I do circles the same question. What actually changes about a business when intelligence stops being scarce, and what does it take to act on that before the market does.

How I think

The questions I bring into every room.

I do not arrive with a framework to install. I arrive with a small set of questions that tend to find the real problem faster than an audit does.

  • 01What fundamentally changes about this business as AI enters?
  • 02Does this plateau, or does it compound?
  • 03What are we actually training over three years?
  • 04What system would naturally produce this behaviour?
  • 05Who is being chosen to disappoint, and why?

The thesis

Waiting is the most expensive strategy.

Speaking

Talks that change what a team does on Monday.

I speak to boards, executive teams and leadership offsites about what AI actually changes in a business, and what it takes to execute once the decision has been made. No tool demos. No forecasts.

About

Fifteen years in the room where it gets decided.

Political philosophy at university, which is where first principles thinking became the habit. A billion krona business line built as a young intrapreneur. Then management consulting, a Chief Product Officer seat in SaaS, and a decade spent obsessed with why good strategies die on the way to the floor.

Today I write, speak, invest, host ThinkRoom, and run GRAIL from Marbella.
