Building, backing, and thinking out loud.

Three vehicles, one thesis. A consultancy that helps leadership teams act on what AI changes, a fund that backs founders building into it, and a podcast that keeps me in the room with people who are further ahead than I am.

01 · Founder and CEO

GRAIL

An AI native management consultancy. We help European mid market leadership teams figure out the one or two things that fundamentally change about their business as AI enters their industry, then build the capability to act on it before their competitors do.

The model is deliberate. Fixed fee rather than hours. No lock in at any stage. Every agent, workflow and context file we build belongs to the client. Phase one takes no access to live systems, so a CEO can say yes without opening an IT project.

"Business first, technology second. You can only set strategy for capabilities you can imagine, and you can only imagine capabilities you have experienced."

02 · Founder

Grönstedt Invest

Early stage investments in founders building in and around AI. I back people who are closer to the problem than anyone else in the market, and who intend to build rather than wait for the category to settle.

What I bring beyond capital is the operator side. I have built a business line to a billion krona, sat in a Chief Product Officer seat, and spent a decade on why good strategies stall between the decision and the floor. That is usually the part a young company is about to learn expensively.

03 · Host

ThinkRoom

A long-form podcast where the analytical and the existential meet. Around one hundred candid, unscripted conversations with people who have faced real complexity and made irreversible choices. Not an interview. Not a performance.

Increasingly it has become a place to explore the human side of AI. Not the technology, but what it reshapes. How organizations work, what happens to expertise and identity, and what leaders owe the people who will live with the decisions.

Building something in this space?

Whether it is a leadership team that needs to move, or a company early enough that the shape is still forming, the conversation starts the same way.
